Refund Policy – Trevia Tech

We aim to build long-term relationships with our clients, and customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of creative and digital services, certain refund restrictions apply.

 

1. Refund Eligibility

  • A full refund may be requested within 7 days of project initiation if no major work has been delivered.

  • After the delivery of substantial progress (mockups, wireframes, or development work), only a partial refund may be considered.

  • No refunds are available for domains, hosting, or third-party subscriptions purchased on behalf of clients.

 

2. Refund Exclusions

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • The project scope changes mid-way.

  • The client delays communication or approvals.

  • Final project files have already been delivered.
